In order to expand reach by as much as possible, it is extremely important to have recruiters who recruit in different ways in addition to their industry focus. We have industry specialists who are networked with contacts in the industries that they focus on, others who direct source into similar companies to pull out qualified candidates, recruiters who work databases, post ads, and use every tool available in order to expand reach. Of course, all of the recruiters network off of the contacts that they have developed over the years and they are continuously growing their networks.

Our process provides a very wide reach along with the the ability to dig deep into any industry. I am the sole contact for all of our clients allowing us to provide that extensive reach in a way that is very easy to work with.
